Community Aid International

(CAI) is the founder of “The ScoreCard Project”. The project aims at giving Kenya’s citizens an opportunity to assess and report on the performance of the government (central government and local authorities). The ScoreCard project will also create a platform for national discourse on: service delivery; democratization; economic development; human rights; and gender equity/equality.

The ScoreCard therefore seeks to generate baseline information against which a programme of monitoring accountability and responsiveness of governmental authorities towards development and democratisation of social life in Kenya will be designed.
